Mirrorly Human
As a Licensed Therapist having worked in Mental Health for over twenty years, I have met thousands of people and had countless conversations revolving around the fears, the secrets, shadows, and desires of people’s lives. The metaphor I often use when introducing the concept of therapy is that “I hold up the mirror for people.” If the client is willing to look at themselves honestly, they have the opportunity to change and grow. What kind of life would you be living, if you were a better version of yourself? Look in the mirror and get to know yourself; the good, the bad, the ugly and the beautiful. All of these aspects of ourselves make us Mirrorly Human. This podcast features topics, discussions, stories and conversations that enhance the journey of mental, emotional and relational health. Jeffrey Adorador, MS, LMFT provides in-person and virtual counseling for clients in California. For more information regarding his on-line practice visit his website: jadoradorlmft.com.
